1. Introduction

Athletica provides digital fitness, wellbeing, and performance tools designed to help athletes, teams, and clubs achieve their goals. Our services include training programs, educational content, club management tools, performance tracking systems, and mobile applications. These Terms apply to all users including athletes, coaches, teams, organisations, and visitors to our website.

2. Eligibility

To use Athletica, you must be at least 13 years old, unless using the platform under appropriate club, coach, or parental supervision. By using our services, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Athletica on behalf of a club, school, or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you create an Athletica account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Athletica is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by shared passwords or insecure practices. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us promptly.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Athletica offers various subscription plans, including Core, Pro, Squad, Squad+, and other premium services. By subscribing, you authorise Athletica or its payment providers to charge your selected payment method at the agreed billing interval.

All prices are listed in your local currency unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by consumer law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Some plans, such as Squad+, may require approval or onboarding by a team or club administrator. Additional terms may apply to organisational accounts.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use Athletica only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our software or apps

• Share premium content or subscription access with others without permission

• Upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Use Athletica to harass, threaten, or abuse others

• Interfere with the operation or security of our services

• Use Athletica for purposes unrelated to fitness, wellbeing, or legitimate club management

Athletica reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.

6. Squad+ and Organisational Use

If you use Squad+ or Athletica+ for a club, team, school, or organisation, you acknowledge that authorised administrators may have access to certain user information required for club management and communication. These administrators agree to use Athletica in accordance with privacy and safety laws in their region.

Clubs and teams are responsible for managing their members appropriately and ensuring minors are supervised where required.

7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Athletica content, including training programs, course materials, videos, text, graphics, branding, and software, is owned by Athletica or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of our content without written permission.

Any content you upload (such as progress data, team notes, or profile details) remains your property, but you grant Athletica a licence to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide our services.

8. User Conduct and Community Standards

You agree to treat all other Athletica users—individuals, coaches, teams, and administrators—with respect. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour of any kind is not tolerated. Athletica reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that breach these standards.

9. Availability of Services

We strive to keep Athletica available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily limit access. Athletica is not liable for delays, disruptions, or loss of data resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athletica is not responsible for:

• Personal injury or health issues resulting from exercise performed using our programs

• Loss or damage arising from misuse of our services

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Decisions made by clubs or administrators using Squad+

• Technical failures beyond our control

Athletica provides general fitness and training information. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical guidance, or emergency services. Users should consult appropriate professionals where necessary.

11. Third-Party Services

Some Athletica features integrate with external tools, such as payment systems, identity providers, analytics platforms, or embedded content. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third-party services. Users are encouraged to review their terms before engaging with them.

12. Termination

Athletica may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or pose a risk to other users. You may also choose to delete your account at any time. Termination does not remove your obligation to pay any outstanding fees.
 

13. Changes to These Terms

Athletica may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational policies. Updates will be posted on our website and may be communicated through our apps. Continued use of Athletica after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australian Government. Any disputes arising from your use of Athletica will be resolved under the appropriate legal jurisdiction for that location.
